Focus on Fitness is a boutique gym of 1000+ members. They offer a friendly environment that is comfortable and not intimidating while helping people of all fitness levels to achieve their goals.
PROBLEM
Focus on Fitness was in need of a new website that helped members to find the information they needed more intuitively. They also needed an interactive schedule that was easy for staff to maintain and update.
SOLUTION
Through the Big Sky discovery process, we discovered that users were frustrated with the mobile experience and were having difficulty accessing class schedules, club hours, and reserving class time slots. The internal team was frustrated by the inability to easily make site updates on their dated content-managed system. From our learnings, our approach was to position the schedule and hours for accessibility to members, with a click to call option on mobile. We also transferred the site to WordPress to make updating the site more straightforward for the team.
