About

A Web Design Agency And More

You have needs. And challenges. No website, or one that’s very limited, or outdated, and that doesn’t truly reflect your current brand. Maybe you need a complete brand “refresh.” And perhaps some other new marketing materials. Maybe you’re not sure what you need.

We can help. While we bill ourselves as a web design agency, the truth is we offer a full array of digital marketing services, including branding/logo development, print, social media, email, and, of course, web design. To deliver these services, we assemble a comprehensive team with the right players for your needs. Designers, developers, copywriters, videographers, photographers, marketing gurus—whoever and whatever it takes to get you the desired results, using our proven approach.

This approach has been fine-tuned over their years of working together, by our founders creative director, Maureen Crocker and developer Ed Booth.

Maureen
Crocker

Maureen earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Lesley University. She founded her own design firm during print’s heyday which she ran for over 15 years. From there, she immersed herself in all things digital, with creative stints at companies like Boston Children’s Hospital and Grand Circle Corporation.

Today, Maureen and the Big Sky team deliver comprehensive branding packages for a variety of business and non-profit clients, with an emphasis on websites that establish credibility and convert site visitors into customers and supporters. She stays current on emerging trends and methodologies and is certified in user experience (UX) design. She’s also an inspiring team manager who has a talent for assembling the right group of people for each project.

Maureen’s number one priority is to help clients build better, stronger brands to achieve their goals. She and her team ask the right questions, listen to the answers, dig deeper still, to make recommendations that will produce positive results.

Ed
Booth

In 2010, Ed decided to put all of his energy, Internet and computer expertise, and knowledge of small businesses into web development, and founded Insight Dezign. His goal was to help small business owners and non-profits create attractive, informative, search-optimized websites that they’d be proud of and that would bring them more customers—at an affordable price.

No question is too foolish and no project, too complicated. Ed loves to teach and explain how things work, in plain English. He also loves a challenge and figuring out an elegant solution to client’s requests for custom functionality in their site. He’ll always try to do everything to make sure client’s  are fully satisfied. As we work together, he helps client’s to clarify their business and Internet marketing goals, and when we’re finished, he’ll teach you the best way to make the most use of your new website.

Ed’s knowledge is deep, he loves to listen and to share.
